Resource One Credit Union Engages Young Adults
Resource One Credit Union needed an effective way to market their Generation Y product line, MyLifeMyMoney, to their existing member base between the ages of 18-30. A creative direct mail campaign incorporating personalized URLs (PURLs) as a response vehicle was developed by marketing services provider, Marketing Symphony. With its casual look and messaging this campaign attracted the attention of young adults and the number of MyLifeMyMoney account holders increased 273%.
Arkansas Department of Human Services Drives Booth Traffic
The Arkansas Department of Human Services was participating in the Arkansas Early Childhood Association Conference. They wanted a traffic generation campaign that would drive conference attendees to their booth and introduce a new childcare rating system. Attendees of the conference were given printed cards encouraging them to visit the DHS booth and access a survey via either a unique URL or a QR code. The cards drove a 31.3% response rate with 282 people visiting DHS' booth and completing the survey.
Mercury Online Dealer Marketing Solution
As a leading manufacturer of marine engines, Mercury Marine relies on a network of over 4,500 independent dealers to promote its product line. Mercury needed to support dealers with professional marketing collateral and control their brand image. A web-to-print solution was developed that enables dealers to select and customize templates for a variety of marketing needs including print ads, direct mail postcards, sale sheets, billboards, banners and radio ads.
Mercy Health Partners - New Movers Welcome Program
Mercy Health Partners is a healthcare system serving southern Ohio and encompassing more than 30 locations across the greater Cincinnati area. Their direct marketing campaign targeted new residents of the area with personalized welcome kits and the offer of a free first aid kit to people who responded via a Personalized URL or a business response envelope (BRE). They achieved a direct mail response rate of 6% and generated new revenue in admissions.
Elizabethtown College Connects with Young Alumni
Elizabethtown College wanted to reconnect with young alumni who had not made a donation to the college. A cross-media direct marketing campaign was implemented that incorporated direct mail, social media, email and Personalized URLs. Over 16% of recipients visited their Personalized URL and over 8% of alumni either completed the survey or made a donation.
