PDF REQUIREMENTS 

When producing a PDF for HBP please use the
following settings to ensure a quality PDF is produced 

1. PRESS Quality or PDF/X High Resolution PDF 
(HBP can provide you with our custom settings file for Distiller and Indesign) 

2. Cropmarks should be turned on

3. Set bleeds for 1/8" around pages 

3. Do not save file as spreads 

4. All images should to be CMYK or Pantone Mono/Duotone (Not RGB) 

5. HBP prefers that all fonts be embedded. (no subsetted fonts) 

6. We are always happy to preflight test pages for you. Please email single page pdf for testing purposes.
